You can invite another person with a personal Google Account to take ownership of your files and folders. You can't invite another person with a work or school account to take ownership of your files or folders. The person you invite to own the file or folder must accept your request to complete the transfer.
Up to 100: You can let up to 100 people with view, edit, or comment permissions work on a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides file at the same time. 100 or more: When 100 people or more are accessing a file, only the owner and some users with editing permissions can edit the file.

Share your form with collaborators Open a form in Google Forms. In the top right, click More . Click Add collaborators. Click "Invite people." In the "Add editors" window, add email addresses to share it with others. Click Send.
Drive and Docs. Click Transfer ownership. For From user, enter the current owner's email address and select the user from the results. For To user, enter the new owner's email address and select the user from the results. Click Transfer Files.
