what about the letters of rec is there anything more we could share about that yeah so when you ask you know first of all look at each individual application to get a sense of whats required you know the generally the maximum required or allowable for applications is four so if you can have four quality letters of recommendation thats great but you dont need them you know mostly its youre required to submit one or two so in that case you want to ask the people that you are confident youre going to be able to write you really strong letters of recommendation and if you ask someone and they seem to hesitate take that as your message that they dont have the time theyre not sure if theyre able to do it they might not you know know you as well as you think that they do and theyre giving you the cue that I need to look elsewhere for the letter and again as we said before theres no you know theres no title requirements theres no I need to get the president of the college to write
