we are in microsoft excel 2013 iamp;#39;m going to show you the bold the italics and the underline options so all you have to do is click in the cell itself you do not have to highlight the words and click on the b for bold and you can see that that font gets bold and you click it again it goes away you can also click i for italics and you can also choose u for underline and you have a choice of double underline or single underline and if you click again it goes away completely now if you want you can select them all at the same time thereamp;#39;s nothing that will prevent you from doing that you can see that all the boxes light up as a dark green when you do that
