dont you think its toxic to go on each cell and fill the same value or text in an Excel sheet let me tell you how to automate this work and save you a lot of time consider a case where we have to write no sales in the blank cells what most people do is manually go on each cell and type no sales this is the wrong way select a big range of data like from F2 to f5000 then press enter press Ctrl shift up Arrow to get the selected range then press Ctrl g go to special window select blank all blank rows will be selected automatically in Formula bar write no sales then press control plus enter all blank cells will be filled with no sales text we can color it and sort it by color save it and thank me later
