i love writing in drafts because it is a plain text editor that means you can focus on the content that youamp;#39;re writing rather than spending time to format and make the document look pretty however itamp;#39;s still helpful at times to have structure or emphasis in your document graphs will help you with that if you use something called markdown so let me show you how to do bold and italics in markdown so here in drafts i have the word bold and i want to put two asterisks in front of and behind that word and then drafts will format that as bold and for italics i can do an underscore before and after and it changes that word into italics however you donamp;#39;t have to remember that because right here in the action bar drafts has a button that allows you to highlight a word turn it bold or highlight and italicize a word this is super helpful to add the emphasis that you need without spending too much time on formatting your document i hope this helps you subscribe to my channe
