We often need to change formatting in Word. For example, we might want to change all the headings from red to blue, or increase the font size. This is simple, but if you have a long document, itamp;#39;s going to take a while. Ideally, we want to do it all in one go. How do we do that? First, place the cursor anywhere inside a sample text that we want to change the formatting. Then click on the Select Icon at the right hand side of the toolbar. Click on this button: Select all text with similar formatting. And just apply the new formatting you want. And thatamp;#39;s it. You can see that Word had automatically changed the formatting of all previously red text, regardless where they are in the document. This feature extremely useful when working with long documents. Italicize titles if the source is self-contained and independent. Titles of books, plays, films, periodicals, databases, and websites are italicized. Place titles in quotation marks if the source is part of a larger work. Articles, essays, chapters, poems, webpages, songs, and speeches are placed in quotation marks.
