you might have a sensitive document on your computer system and you want to restrict other people from getting its accessibility to your document therefore in this video let me show you how to print or password protect your word document now click on the file on the menu bar then in the backstage view you are going to select the info command now I want to click on the info command you have these options available choose protect document and in the drop down list we are going to choose encrypt with password now you have this beautiful dialog box then you type a password for this document then you click on OK and retype the same password now your document is well protected
