one of the uses of a depth map for this overlay is that we can correct signal from the substrate so letamp;#39;s return to the processed images from which i can generate a set of spectra iamp;#39;ll bring up the image processing again and generate the spectra from these so these represent all of the spectra which include oxygen carbon and silicon so letamp;#39;s just use the element library to assist in creating regions for these so iamp;#39;ve got the quantification parameters dialog window up with the regions property page topmost iamp;#39;ve got zoom and line selected and create lines selected ticked so when i select a line such as the oxygen we get a zoom into the oxygen peak i just have to make a minor adjustment and you can see the vertices sensitivity factors come in from the element library and then i can zoom out again and do the same again for the carbon again we can make a minor adjustment and zoom out and do the same for this silicon so thatamp;#39;s the silicon 2p so
