copyright does not need to be registered it is automatically assumed when a work is published I mean that is actually true however you cannot enforce it in court without the registration so maybe thatamp;#39;s true but how are you going to prove that you own that maybe back when this was actually came out as a statute that might have been a little bit easier to prove now thereamp;#39;s so much content itamp;#39;s produced every day by the billions so how do you prove that you own this thing just because you were the first one to post it youamp;#39;re going to go into a search and show yep I was the first one ever to post it no the court requires that you get a copyright registration before you sue

Most commonly, italics are used for emphasis or contrast that is, to draw attention to some particular part of a text. Here are some examples: The Battle of New Orleans was fought in January 1815, two weeks after the peace treaty had been signed.
It is not always bad for accessibility to use italics. But many people find it difficult to read italicised text in blocks, especially those who experience dyslexia. Because of this, some companies forbid the use of italics in online text altogether.
Print that you italicize usually slopes from left to right, and it resembles script or cursive writing. Italicize and italics come from the Latin word for Italian, italicus. This print style was named in honor of the Italian printer credited as the first to use it.
The name comes from the fact that calligraphy-inspired typefaces were first designed in Italy, to replace documents traditionally written in a handwriting style called chancery hand.
In typography, italics are a typeface, along with bold, and the standard roman. The original intent of the design was to recreate calligraphy and handwriting in print. The original designers, Aldus Manutius and Ludovico Arrighi, were both from Italy, which the style is named after.
What is the purpose of italics? Italics are used primarily to denote titles and names of particular works or objects in order to allow that title or name to stand out from the surrounding sentence. Italics may also be used for emphasis in writing, but only rarely.
