welcome back to another rms support tutorial today we will discuss the contract file module for this demonstration we will go over the contract file module how to upload and send documents to pcf as well as verify their status now lets get started the contract file module keeps track of the status of the documents that are generated in rms and sent to pcf most documents are automatically uploaded to pcf using rms document packages the documents are set to be ready to send to pcf once the government has accepted the government package if the document package is not accepted by the government the file will still display in the contract file module users can also add documents manually to the contract file module to send to pcf the first step is to navigate to your contract in the administration tab select the contract file module rms will automatically sort documents that are already sent to pcf into these folders the files in each folder can be viewed by clicking on each folder name or
