Post a photo thats evocative of your quote, then add the quote to your Instagram caption. Add white space below the quote, then add your personal reflection on the quote. Be authentic and, if you like, be vulnerable! Use this as a way for your audience to get to know you.
Formatting Captions Generally speaking, for written work, there is no rule about the formatting of captions. The caption should not be in the exact same font as the article or report. It needs to visually stand apart. This is accomplished in many ways; the key is consistency.
A caption may be an incomplete or complete sentence. It should be capitalized as you would for a regular sentence, but any specific titles of any works should follow the rules for titles and be italicized when necessary. Captions should be labeled as a Figure followed by the number in order in which it appears.
Typically, boldface or underscore the word Figure or Table and the associated number in the caption, then present the caption in plain text with only the initial letter of the caption and any proper names in the caption capitalized (see example below).
Once youve added at least one caption to your document you should see a new style displayed on the style gallery called Caption. To change the formatting of your captions throughout your document simply right-click that style on the gallery and choose Modify.
MLA Caption Style For images found in a book or journal, include the publication information of the text. A caption ordinarily appears directly below the illustration and have the same one-inch margins as the text of the paper. Captions should be numbered consecutively.
Insert Caption Right-click your image. If you want the text to wrap around the image, do that now. Select Insert Caption You may define a New Label so that it uses the abbreviation. (MLA typically abbreviated Figure to Fig. and Example to Ex.) Write in your caption or citation in the Caption field. Click OK.
Instead, describe details of the photo that are not obvious, like the location, the time of day or year, or a specific event that is taking place. For example, if you have a photo of a sunset you might want to caption it as: Pacific coast sunset, March2016, from Long Beach, Vancouver Island.
