Simply upload your Excel file to the WPS Online Spreadsheet to use WPS Office. You can then click on the menu and select File Slimming. After that, the file will be compressed and reduced in size. The compressed file can then be downloaded to your computer.
1. Open the PDF file you need to compress in WPS Office. 2. Head to the Tools tab, and click Compress to pop up a dialog.
The process of compressing your PDFs for free is simple and straightforward. All you have to do is open the file in the WPS Office program. Click on Compress in the toolbar. Select the compression level you want. Depending on how much compression you apply, the file size will be reduced by up to 90%.
Go to the top of the bars in the tools section and select the compress button. Set the location for compressing file at save to directory. You also choose HD, Normal, or Low file size. Press the Compress button and get your small file size easily.
Step 1 Click the File Object icon in the Insert tab. The Insert File Object dialogue box will open. Step 2 Find the target file and click the Open button to insert the file in the worksheet.
Place your cursor to where you want to embed an object, then head to the Insert tab, select Object. A dialogue box will pop up, where we could select Create new or Create from file. In the Create new interface, we can select different types of blank documents at the Object type, but we need to edit them manually.
What Is WPS Office? Merging PDFs files with WPS Office is simple. All you have to do is open the program and click the Merge button in the upper right corner of the window.
