hi everyone so Im just going to walk you through the signing process and adding specifically adding text to your documents so Im first going to Im in my e-signatures so lets Im in documents here are all my documents that I have brought in and filled out and then Im going to go to a sign now Ive had a few Ive created a few key signature packets down here but Im going to create a new one so Im gonna go to new this is where I add the documents that are already in there so I want to show you the affiliated business and as you can see its a PDF and then Im also going to do the real-estate condition report and as you can see this one is a zip forms fillable document and then Im actually going to also add an external document so youd probably have to do this maybe when you receive an accepted or a counteroffer on a property that you have listed so Im actually gonna find the counteroffer and this is just a blank one and Im gonna upload that in here as well okay so now when I c

To zip (compress) a file or folder Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.
