How to insert PDF content as an Image in Word Open Word on your PC/ Mac. Open the document you want to add a PDF to. Place the cursor where you want the PDF to be linked. At the top of your window, select Insert Select Pictures Select Picture from file Choose the image that you wish to integrate. Select Insert
Copy Styles Between Templates Click the Home tab. Open the Styles pane. Click the Manage Styles button. Click Import/Export. The same Organizer window that we used to copy macro modules opens, this time to the Styles tab. Select a style. Click the Copy button. Click Close.
Click Paste. The relevant section of text (along with its tracked changes) should appear. If the tracked changes are not shown, click on the little Paste options button directly under the pasted text. Select the first option (Keep Source Formatting).
To insert a copy of your file into another, embed or link to it. Go to Insert Object. Select Create from File. Select Browse and choose the file you want to use. Select Insert. Choose Display as icon to embed, or Link to file for a link. Select OK.
Use the Pages app to open Microsoft Word documents, the Numbers app to open Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and the Keynote app to open Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. If you dont have Pages, Numbers, or Keynote on your Mac, you can get them from the App Store.
