How can I add extensions to Brave? Follow Browse the store and find your desired extension. Once found, click Add to Brave on top-right of the page. A notification will appear in the middle of your screen, detailing what data and permissions you are granting the extension access to by installing it.
For Brave users Enable developer mode: Toggle the Developer mode switch on, located at the top-right corner of the Extensions page. Load unpacked extension: Click the Load unpacked button and navigate to the folder where you unzipped the extension files. Select the folder and click Open .
Enable extensions in Brave private windows Open the Brave browser, and click the menu bar at the top of any window or tab. Click Extensions. Click Manage Extensions. Find the extension you want to allow in Private windows. Click Details under that extension. Toggle on the Allow in Private setting.
The Extensions page ( edge://extensions ) opens in a new tab. Turn on the Developer mode toggle: When installing your extension for the first time, click the Load unpacked button. Select the directory that contains your extension source files, and then click the Select Folder button.
Extensions are designed to be easy to and use. Once you find an extension that you want to use, simply click the Add to Brave button and the extension will be installed. You can then access the extension by clicking on its icon in the toolbar.
Follow the steps to load the unpacked extension. Go to Chrome Settings using three dots on the top right corner. Now, Enable developer mode. Click on Load Unpacked and select your Unzip folder.
