In this example I want to upload some salient characteristics on a Word document that is for a supply equipment RFQ. In my demonstration here you can see I have already created the solicitation in eCMS, I am currently in the content manager. In this example Im going to be utilizing section D for contract documents, exhibits, or attachments. So I have my salient characteristics in a Word document already saved on my computer, so Im going to click on this right here and then when I come up to insert and theres a drop down and then I am going to upload a file.
