Standard users who are members of the Asset Library can also create asset files. From Files home, go to Libraries | Asset Library. Click Upload Asset File. The file selector opens to let you upload a new file or select an existing file to make into an asset.
To create a new Microsoft Word template: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static Resources . Click Static Resources. Click New. Enter the following information: Name is the name of the document template. From Cache Control, select Public. Click Choose File. Find the document template and click Open. Click Save.
Note: Proposal settings must be configured in our application in order to generate proposals from Salesforce. From the Opportunities page, click Create Proposal. Once you are taken to the Responsive Projects page in Salesforce, specify the required details and select a template. Click Generate Proposal. Click Generate.
