to create a label policy which will apply watermark to documents and a header to emails first log into the microsoft 365 admin center go down to compliance once in compliance go down to information protection and then select create a label in here well give the label a name you can enter in a display name thats visible to the users usernet and you can enter in a description as well we want to be able to apply this to files and emails so well leave this set to the default setting select next again and then well check the mark content of files select next well turn on content marking and in here we can add a watermark and we can add a header so if we go to customize text we increase the font size and if we need to change the color or the layout we can do so as well and then we can add a header you can see here that all content marking will be applied to documents but only headers and footers will be applied to email messages so you cant add a watermark to an email the watermark wi
