In this video, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To start, make sure you are in the prepare form section. Click on the more tools tab and select prepare form. Look for the box icon with a check mark in it to add a checkbox to your form. Customize the checkbox as needed and preview it before finalizing. Double click on the checkbox to edit it further.
