hello and welcome to the medical history update webinar in this webinar you will learn the correct way to update a medical history form as well as a patient registration form and any other form that you require the patient to fill out more than once this will work for print kiosk and e-clipboard there is not a current way to update forms online if you wish a patient to update a form online they will need to fill out the entire form again to start were going to take a look at the patients forms by going up to the patient form button here and we see we have a medical history form that was filled out about six months ago you can double click in and take a look and see the information that is currently there if we want to go ahead and update this form we need to make a copy of this form for the patient to fill out to do so were going to make sure that we have the form highlighted and we click this pre-fill button what the pre-fill button will do is itll take all of the importable infor
