so since weve talked about why you should be using press now were going to find out how to use it and more specifically how to add text to your slides so normally when you are open up a new document when you create a document its going to be something like that there is one slide in it and the first slide looks like this so youve got click chart title so we just click here and we are going to give a title to our presentation and then this is a subtitle or whatever like that you can add your your name and and whatever so now youre gonna create a new slide so right click new slide and its going to add a slide just after the slide you have picked to right-click so if I right click here its going to add it just after the the the first slide so its not going to add it at the end of of all slides so I work here and lets say winter then you see youve got two text fields the first one is for the title and the second one is for text so far this stuff were gonna see later so if you w

To use a drawing tool: Click in the document where you want the drawing to be anchored. Select the tool from the Drawing toolbar. Move the cross-hair pointer to the place in the document where you want the graphic to appear and then click-and-drag to create the drawing object.
If you want to insert special characters or even emojis on the browser or want to use them to rename a file you can use the combination of these two keys: Windows key + . (the dot . symbol on the keyboard).
Special characters like em dashes or section marks () Go to Insert Symbol More Symbols. Go to Special Characters. Double-click the character that you want to insert.
A special character is one not found on the keyboard in front of the user. For example, are all special characters to those with US or UK keyboards. To insert a special character: Place the cursor where you want the character to appear.
Entering french (or other) accented letters is achieved by typing AltGr+accent then typing the letter.
Click Insert Text Box or Home Insert Text Box. If the mouse pointer is in the report body or a tabular cell, a text box will be inserted there upon finishing. Otherwise, you need to click the mouse button in the desired location to place the text box there.
In Normal View: Click on the Text icon. on the Drawing toolbar. Click and drag to draw a box for the text on the slide. Release the mouse button when finished. Type or paste your text in the text box. Click outside the text box to deselect it.
