You can upload files or folders directly to the Files tab or create a new file in any Team channel. Upload a file or folder: While in a channel, select Files at the top of the app, select Upload, and then choose the file or folder to upload.
Select Calendar on the left side of Teams, right-click the meeting event, and then select Chat with participants. Or you can double-click the meeting event and select the Chat tab.
However, if you are scheduling meeting from Outlook, you can customize the meeting invite text manually each time you schedule the meeting. Click on Teams Meeting option at the top. It will add default meeting invite text in email/invitation body. You can then customize the invitation as per your requirements.
If you are unable to find your chat conversation, the next logical step will be to restart the Microsoft Teams apps and login again. At the right hand side of your Windows task bar, youll notice the Teams icon. Hover the icon, hit your mouse right click button.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Text Box. Click in the presentation, and then drag to draw the text box the size that you want. To add text, click inside the box and type or your paste text.
The Chat icon is the second one from the top in the side Menu.
