This video tutorial shows how to create and use an HTML email signature with MacMail. To add a signature, go to the Mail Preferences and click on the plus sign. Choose the email account where you want to use the signature, drag it there, and rename it as desired. In Finder, press the option key while clicking on the "Go" button to access the Library folder where you can find the Mail preferences.

Open Pages and click the New Document button in the dialog, or choose File New from the Pages menu at the top of the screen. In the template chooser, scroll to find a template for the type of document (or envelope) you want to create, then double-click the template to open it.
Create a template To save a file as a template, click File Save As. Double-click Computer or, in Office 2016 programs, double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box. For a basic template, click the template item in the Save as type list. In Word for example, click Word Template. Click Save.
Create a custom template in Pages on Mac Choose File Save as Template (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Click an option: Add to Template Chooser: Type a name for the template, then press Return. Your template appears in the My Templates category in the template chooser.
Custom templates appear in the My Templates category in the template chooser. If you want to use a custom template that doesnt appear there, you must first the custom template (see the instructions above).
Create a signature using your computers built-in camera: Click Camera. Hold your signature (on white paper) facing the camera so that your signature is level with the blue line in the window. When your signature appears in the window, click Done. If you dont like the results, click Clear, then try again.
In the Mail app on your Mac, click the Signature pop-up menu in the message youre writing. Choose a signature. If an expected signature isnt in the Signature pop-up menu, or the menu isnt showing, choose Mail Settings, click Signatures, then verify the signature has been added to the correct email account.
To add a logo to your Apple Mail signature: Add an image file of your logo to your Mac desktop. Open the Mail app. Navigate to Mail and then Preferences. Select Signatures. Drag and drop the image file from your desktop to the right column where you can edit your signature.
