hi this is crystal from Lakes region 10th event with another video from our event planning series today were going to talk about ways to lay out your tables when planning the layout of your event there are many online tools that you can find useful when thinking about planning table spacing its really important to make sure that your tool includes chairs and space for people to get around for example this board shows tables in the layout but it doesnt include any chairs so we would go ahead and add chairs oops too tight theres not enough room for everybody and not everybody can get around safely and comfortably when creating your layout you want to make sure that you give your guests enough room to sit comfortably so that they can pull their chair in and out as needed not bump into the guests behind them also allow them space to get up head of the buffet without bumping into anyone else you know its important when you go to a restaurant to make sure theres enough room so youre n
