Heres how: Go to the Company menu located in the upper right, then select Prepare Letters with Envelopes. Choose Customize Letter Templates.
Go to Insert Symbol. Pick a symbol, or choose More Symbols. Scroll up or down to find the symbol you want to insert. Different font sets often have different symbols in them and the most commonly used symbols are in the Segoe UI Symbol font set.
To insert a special character: From the Insert tab, click Symbol. Click More Symbols. Select the Special Characters tab. Choose the character you want to insert, and select Insert.
