Create a table Access your entry editor page. In the editor toolbar of your Rich Text field, click on the Table button. A default table of two rows and two columns with header enabled is added to your entry. Optional: Modify your table using one or multiple options from the cell actions menu.
To modify an RTF template: If you are editing an existing layout: Select your report in the business intelligence catalog and click Edit. Open the downloaded RTF template file in Microsoft Word. Load the sample data that you generated. Edit or create the layout template. Save the file as Rich Text Format (RTF).
RTF files are simple to use and easy to edit. On Windows, save a document as an RTF file by navigating to File Save as and then select RTF. Once youve opened your RTF file on Microsoft Word, select the text you would like to edit. Start typing in this space to replace the current text with the new text.
To add or delete table columns, select Column from the drop-down menu and choose the action you would like to take. You can Insert Column Before the selected cell(s), Insert Column After your selection, or Delete Columns to delete the column(s) containing the selected cell(s).
