How to export a motion photo as a GIF Open the Google Photos app and find the photo you want to export. Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner. Scroll right and tap Export. Select GIF. Tap Export. A popup appears to confirm your GIF has been exported. Tap View or open the Google Photos app to view it.
How do you turn a picture into a GIF? Upload your images. Click the blue Get Started button to open Flixier up in your browser. Put your GIF together. Drag the images from your library to the timeline at the bottom of the screen. Download your new GIF.
Use a GIF editor to put a picture on a GIF. A great tool to use is Kapwing, the online video, image, and GIF editor. Using Kapwing, you can add a picture to a GIF on any device, including the iPhone, Android, MacOS, Windows PC, and many more. Simply upload your GIF or picture and drag and drop the picture onto the GIF.
Open an image or watermark in Photoshop and copy its layer. Then drag and drop this image layer to the GIFs tab. The image or watermark should already be on the top of the GIF. Next, use Ctrl +T to scale it and place it in the proper place on the GIF.
How to add image to GIF: Import. Drag your image and your GIF over to the Flixier library, or use the Import button to bring media over from different cloud storage services. Add photos to your GIF. Double-click on the GIF in the Library to add it to the Timeline. Save your GIF. Click the Export button.
Click on Add more images to upload another GIF. Then, GIPHY will automatically combine two GIFs into one as a slideshow. You may keep uploading more GIFs by clicking on Browse File. After your merged GIF is successfully upload to GIPHY, then you can right-click on the new GIF to save it on your local computer.
