For the bottom up method, each team member gets their own pad of sticky notes and writes down as many project tasks as they can think of individually. Then all team members stick their notes on the same board (window, wall, etc), and the team starts to segregate the stickys into logical groupings.
Open the Sticky Notes App On Windows 10, click or tap the Start button, and type Sticky Notes. Sticky Notes will open where you left them. In the list of notes, tap or double-click a note to open it. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. To close a note, tap or double-click the close icon ( X ).

Create a new note Open Sticky Notes. Sticky Notes will open where you left them. From the list of notes or from an existing note, click or tap the plus icon ( + ) in the upper left. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note.
Sticky notes are the ideal tool for encouraging your colleagues to collaborate and share ideas. Theyre also handy for leaving a message for your workmate that youre off to lunch, or posting a bright yellow hands off warning on your yoghurt in the communal fridge.
There are no rules for what can be written or drawn on a Post-it Note. You can write a sentence, one word, in all caps, or draw a picture, anything to best capture your idea. I like the versatility that a small, blank piece of paper offers brainstorming.
