so Anna on Twitter was asking what is this thing that you saw behind the wall in my office so this is a task management board that I use to schedule stuff and to manage my workflow using sticky notes its based on two different things sort of an urgency and importance framework so tasks have varying degrees of urgency which is either red or green urgent or not urgent and importance we have stuff thats of course an important and not important these two factors really help decide it we have where tasks should sit in what you should do with it right and at tests urgent but not important yeah you may or may not want to do it it may resolve itself a task thats important but not urgent you may want to do something else with so what Ive done is map this to inbox zero so you have to defer delegate and then inbox zero calls of delete I call it disregard its stuff that yeah so in the urge and important characteristics its got to get done right this is the first place you look in this setup

The First Way: Double click on the sticky to edit the content directly. It will appear bigger than the rest of the stickies. A flashing bar at the end of the text indicates you can start editing. Once you are done, you can either click Enter or the checkmark on the top right corner of the sticky.
Go to the Freeform app - All Boards - specific board. Now, tap on the tiny Sticky Note icon at the bottom left corner of the screen to add a sticky note to your board. Next, double-dap inside the sticky note to bring up the software keyboard. After that, write the text you want to add and you are good to go!
Create a new note Open Sticky Notes. Sticky Notes will open where you left them. From the list of notes or from an existing note, click or tap the plus icon ( + ) in the upper left. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. Add content to your note any way you want.

Format and edit text To select the text box and show the formatting tools, tap it. You can change the text color, the font, alignment, and more. To change the width of the box without changing the font size, drag a blue dot. To edit text, double-tap the text box.
