Note: The default storage path for Windows Sticky Notes is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes.
You can now customize and add content to the new Sticky Note. There are two text areas that you can write to: Title: The text area at the top of the Sticky Note is the title.
Create a sticky note Open Sticky Notes. From the list of notes, click or tap the plus icon ( + ) in the upper left. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. Create a note by doing any of the following: Click or tap the close icon ( X ) in the upper right to close the note.
Click anywhere on the sticky. Select Unlock Sticky. Once a sticky is unlocked, it will be editable again.
If you are using the notes for study, sticking them up above your desk is probably the best place. You could also stick them up somewhere prominent around your house, such as on your computer monitor, or on the fridge.
Double-click the PROMPTONDELETE registry entry in the right panel. In Value box, type 00000001 then click OK. Exit. Thats it!
Open the Sticky Notes App On Windows 10, click or tap the Start button, and type Sticky Notes. Sticky Notes will open where you left them. In the list of notes, tap or double-click a note to open it. Or from the keyboard, press Ctrl+N to start a new note. To close a note, tap or double-click the close icon ( X ).
