hi this is Lucas with my service Depot here today to talk to you about how you can manage service agreements with smart service if you are interested in purchasing this module please docHub out to the help desk or your sales representative this module is designed to help you manage your customers residential and commercial contracts while items and services are covered by these contracts when these contracts will expire and who to call to renew the contracts once youve purchased the service agreement module you will need to enter the setup window in smart service choose the service agreement tab in this tab we will first enable the service agreement module by clicking enable service agreements you may wish to rename your module to something else such as maintenance guarantee you can do so by typing a custom name in the heading box field next we will select our terms for service on the bottom left-hand side of our agreement and select our terms for payment on the bottom right-hand side

Create a Project: learn how here. Once in the Project, tap the New File button. Select Contract. PLEASE NOTE: You can only attach one HoneyBook file per email. Choose to start with a blank Contract, a Contract youve drafted (but not yet sent), a recently used Contract, or a Contract Template.
Heres how. Choose your signers. Once you have your contract, you can use Signaturely to send them to the signers. Prepare the Document. Now, youll have to prepare your document for signing. Let your signers sign the contract. Creating eSignatures with Signaturely is easy.
This is how you send a contract to be signed via email: Login or register for free with docHub. Upload a PDF, or Word document, or any file. Drag and drop where you want your signatories to sign. Add any other form fields you want your signatories to complete. Click Send. Add your signer(s) name and email.
A smart field is a text placeholder used in form templates and canned emails that will autofill once added to a project. Dubsado smart fields can be identified by their double curly braces: {{client.name}} The example above will populate with the clients full name.
You can: Resend the Proposal in its original form: tap to open the Proposal under the Files tab of the Project, then tap the Resend button.
