You can only add one Form Link smart field to a canned email at a time. You can manually send multiple forms in one email using the Add a Link tool in the email composer.The form link will only work for forms that have been added to the projects Forms tab: Sub agreements. Questionnaires. Proposals.
Send a form manually through a project Click to open your clients project under Projects. Click on the Forms tab. Click on the Add new form dropdown. Select the form. Click Add to add the proposal to the clients project. Click Send.
Custom fields make Dubsado your system.If its a custom client field: Click on the pencil icon next to the Client section in the sidebar. Scroll to the bottom of the client profile to find the custom fields. Enter the information and click Save Close.
Only lead capture forms and public proposals can be shared with an embed code or direct link. Questionnaires, sub-agreements, and contracts cant be shared publicly and must be sent either through a project or to a client directly using the forms tab in Utilities Address Book.
Add a form to the client portal Go to Projects and select the client. Click on the Forms tab. Click the Add new form dropdown to choose your form. A popup appears. Click the dropdown arrow next to Add and choose Add to Portal.
A smart field is a text placeholder used in form templates and canned emails that will autofill once added to a project. Dubsado smart fields can be identified by their double curly braces: {{client.name}}
