To edit and resend a smart file, first locate the smart file using the search bar or from within the projects Activity or Files tabs, and click to open. Next, click Edit File. Make any updates you need, then click Publish Changes.

To create an email signature template: From your HoneyBook home page, click the Tools menu. Select My Templates from the menu. Select Email Signature from the list of template types. Here, youll see the Default Signature that weve created for you using your company details. Now, create your template!
To turn a smart files access code on or off: Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your smart file or smart file template to open the configure settings. In the Security section, turn the access code toggle on or off. If youre choosing toggle the setting off, confirm that youd like to remove the access code.
To insert a smart field: Click your cursor where youd like the smart field to go, then click Insert next to Smart fields in the contract content menu of the right sidebar. Select a field content type (the information that will be populating that smart field) from the dropdown or type a custom type.
You can upload images, PDFs, and other file file types to quickly insert into your HoneyBook emails again and again. PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, the maximum file size for uploads is 15MB.
