hi Ive had lots of comments asking me to do a Mac version of my previous video of how to drag and drop images into a Word document its also nearly four years old now so I thought I did it also doing updated version of it so really Im the aim of this is to allow you to drag and drop an image into a Word document without this happening so what Im going to do is Ive got my Word document up here this is in office 365 but Im going to go and do is go to the insert tab Im going to insert table with two cells Im going to go up to this little icon here which selects the entire table and I dont want to see the borders so Im just going to go up and check no borders which will just give me a dotted line in a Ill tell you about how to get rid of that at the end so what we need to do is we need to make these cells big enough to host each of these four images so what Im going to do is to go up to layout and I have worked out that twelve centimeters in height gives me a nice symmetrical t

All the settings relating to the size and layout of your Word documents can be found in the Page Layout tab of the program. Double-click your Microsoft Word document to open it in Microsoft Word. Click the Size button in the Page Setup group in the ribbon.

Resize an Image by Clicking and Dragging In the Word document, select the object you want to resize. Use the mouse or touchpad to select and drag a Sizing handle. To keep the proportions of the object the same, press and hold the Shift key while you select and drag.
Double-click the folder containing the object you want to edit. Highlight the embedded object. Choose Object Edit Object to enter edit mode. You can also edit an object by double-clicking it in the Folders window, or by double-clicking the Watch window when the object is selected in the Folders window.
Go to File Options Save. Under Preserve fidelity when saving this document, do either of the following: Make sure that Embed fonts in the file is not selected. If you do embed fonts, select Embed only the characters used in the document (best for reducing file size) and Do not embed common system fonts.
To edit an embedded Excel worksheets contents or resize in the future in Word, you must return to editing mode. You can do this by double-clicking the embedded Excel worksheet object in the document to switch back to Excel. Then make the necessary changes.
Select the Layout Tab. Select Booklet. Select 11 x 17 from the Paper Size for 2-up dropdown. Select the Finishing tab.
Hover your mouse over the body of the document and then hold one of the Ctrl keys down while rotating the mouse wheel. This will adjust the zoom factor.
To enlarge the documents view, go to the main menu bar and select View Zoom. Note, however, that window size and zoom factor can be linked, so that changing the windows size will zoom in and out of the document. To trigger this behavior, select View Zoom Page Width or Whole Page.
