welcome to dxs training how to add an electronic signature to a referral form once you have opened dxs navigate to a document with a signature field clicking on the sign button on the toolbar will display a drop-down menu click on setup signature the preferences screen will open click on load and navigate to the image you want to use as your signature select the image and click open the file will open in the image box click ok to finish the setup process this will save the signature to your dxs account once your signature has been saved it can be used on any document containing a signature field you can now add your signature to the form click on the sign button and select sign from the drop down menu this will populate the signature in the signature field if you are experiencing any problems please do not hesitate to ask for assistance you can contact our service desk on the below details thank you for watching
