See how to sign a PDF Open the PDF document and select Sign from the top tools bar. Create your signature and initials if not already done. From the Sign panel, select your signature, move over to the field where you want to add it, and then click to place the signature. The form fields are detected automatically.
Click the location in the document where youd like to insert the signature line. Then, click Insert Signature Line In the Signature Setup pop-up, complete the optional fields at your discretion (you can add name, job title, email address, phone number, additional instructions ), and click OK.
Open the Acrobat app and press the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Choose the edit a PDF option and then navigate to the form you want. Touch the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen, then select Edit PDF. Fill in the form and touch Done at the top of the screen.
Use the Signature Line command to insert a signature line with an X by it to show where to sign a document. Click where you want the line. Select Insert Signature Line. Select Microsoft Office Signature Line. In the Signature Setup box, you can type a name in the Suggested signer box. Select OK.
From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
How to insert a horizontal line in Word using the ribbon Place your cursor where you want to insert the line. In the Home tab, select the Borders button. Select Horizontal line from the drop-down menu. Double-click the line to edit the lines appearance. Click OK when youre done altering the line.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line. From the Word ribbon, select the Insert tab and then click Signature Line in the Text group. A Signature Setup pop-up box appears. Enter your information in the text fields and click OK.
How to insert a signature with Drawing Canvas Place your cursor where you want the signature to appear. Place your cursor above the signature line. Select Draw Drawing Canvas. You can then choose a black pen with a small width to draw a realistic looking signature. Draw your signature, and resize it as needed.
