Hey everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create an electronic signature directly within Microsoft Word. Ill show you a few different techniques for creating your signature. They have different quality levels, and you could decide which one you think looks the best. Once we create our signature, Ill also show you a few ways that you can very quickly and easily then reuse your signature. One of them is by saving it as a transparent PNG, and then Ill also show you how we could use something called quick parts within Microsoft Word. One thing to call out before we jump into this, today were creating an electronic signature. Thats basically an image of your handwritten signature, and that differs from a digital signature, which is a certificate that validates your identity. Thats out of the scope today. You can create a digital signature using docHubs e-signature solution. Simply click the review link and opt to digitally sign. From there, select a signature source and name, then sign in to apply your digital signature. Next, you can preview your signature and authenticate it if you are satisfied with how it looks.
Click the location in the document where youd like to insert the signature line. Then, click Insert Signature Line In the Signature Setup pop-up, complete the optional fields at your discretion (you can add name, job title, email address, phone number, additional instructions ), and click OK.

Uploading a Scanned Signature Write your signature on a piece of paper. Scan the paper and save it on your computer in a common file format. Open the image file on your computer. Crop the signature image to your preferred size. Right-click the image and save the picture as a separate file.
You can electronically sign an offer letter online in a few simple steps. Select your file.
