One of them is by saving it as a transparent PNG, and then Ill also show you how we could use something called quick parts within Microsoft Word. One thing to call out before we jump into this, today were creating an electronic signature. Thats basically an image of your handwritten signature, and that differs from a digital signature, which is a certificate that validates your identity. Thats out of the scope today. Select the signature image Right click the signature line and click Sign. Now youll have three options to choose from. You can just type in your name to add a printed version of your signature. Alternatively, you can click Select Image and choose an existing image of your signature.
