[Music] hello Katie with blue note over here and today what I wanted to go over is how to fill out or get give you a closer look at the notary signature affidavit so this is something that I have been seeing more and more often in loan signings and all of them are different but this one basically is asking you as the notary to make sure that you get a copy of the ID that was used during the signing and the way that you would do that actually let me just show you real quick is within the session you would go right here go to participant ID and status and then you would get the drivers license that would populate right there right click it and then save so thats how you make sure that you are saving the ID if that is something that the business is asking you for and then I just send the ID and the document all at the same time but this is asking you for a copy of the ID that was used and then also you have to attest that you verified that the ID and the person in front of you that is s
