[Music] hi there all of my winery friends i want to thank all of you watching this took the time to give the answers to our survey that we put out recently asking for your input related to winery compliance training what you would like to see what your experience has been like etc so thank you for taking the time to get us that information i thought i would share some of the results of that survey with all of you first of all 43 of you responded that winery compliance is not your primary job so your primary job was you know perhaps winemaker or accountant or you know office manager could be any range of positions and then in direct relation to that only 12 percent of you said that compliance is your primary job so not surprising to us at all we know that thats how it works out in the winery world that in other words unless you are in that 12 percent who it is your primary job for the rest of you is just one slice on your responsibility pie so there was that and then 62 percent of you
