everyone Ricky from Nutrition HQ and today we are going to discuss item 22 so only one more to go after today but before we get started April is Autism Awareness Month and I want to give a shout out to Gage at our Nutrition HQ store in Quincy Illinois for Designing this badass um Autism Awareness t-shirt but um anyway I just want to say thanks to Gage and thanks to Quincy I thought it was a great idea and the shirts turned out really nice before we get started um subscribe at our YouTube channel at nhq rocks to stay up to date um with everything Nutrition HQ and Nutrition HQ franchising so today in item 22 youre basically disclosing and attaching any documents that you acquire your franchisee to sign this is pretty darn simple theres not a whole lot going on here um for example in my FDD youre going to see the franchise agreement in an area development agreement an area development agreement is basically its your your what youve done is bought a territory and youre going to open

Click on the Settings Button in the top right corner of Diary and select Diary Settings. Once inside the settings menu, select Show Groups in Diary and click OK. Now you will be able to sort your foods into meals! You can view the breakdown of each meal by clicking on the title of each group!
Adding Recipes To Your Diary Add the recipe to your diary the way you would any other food entry. Start adding a food and search the name of the recipe. Once its been added to your diary, you can swipe right on mobile or right click on the web app to explode the recipe.
A food record (also called a food diary) is a self-reported account of all foods and beverages (and possibly, [glossary term:] dietary supplements) consumed by a respondent over one or more days (i.e., an [glossary term:] n-day food record).
These include: How much. What kind. Keep track of the time of day you eat and drink. Make note of where you eat and drink. Who with. Activity:In this column, list any activities you do while you eat or drink. Mood: You also should include how you feel when you eat and drink.
Cronometer gives you much more data which will be gladly received by anyone who loves their data - but may be a bit off putting for those who dont.
To mark a food as a Favorite, click the star icon that appears to the left of the food name after clicking it in the results list. That food will now appear in the Favorites results tab.
A food diary usually contains the followings. The type of food eaten. The quantity of food taken. The time the food was eaten. The place the food was eaten. The mood at the time of eating.
Select the Add Food button on the left hand side of the Foods tab. Enter a name for your food. We try to name our foods using the schema Brand, Product, Flavor. Choose a Category. Add Notes. Enter a Barcode. Enter a serving size for your food. Enter your data into the Nutrition facts table.
