Hi Kerry here from my Cloud Bookkeeping. If you subscribe to the essentials or plus plan in QuickBooks Online, you have the option to add three additional fields to your invoices. I think Id suggested that we make one purchase order for the purchase order number and this is something that we would want the client to see, so well see it internally and public.
