This signature can be used to sign PDFs and other documents with just a few clicks. To start, open Preview on your Mac and navigate to Tools > Annotate > Signature > Manage Signatures. You can create your electronic signature using the Trackpad by signing your name with your finger.

1. Mac Open the PDF file you need to sign in Preview. Click on the toolbox icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click on the signature icon. Then click on Create Signature at the bottom of the list to begin tracking your signature. Youll see two options Trackpad and Camera. Record your signature.
