Add questions Open a quiz in Google Forms. Click Add question . To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Enter your question. For applicable question types, enter possible answers. (Optional) To specify the correct answer, assign points, or provide feedback, click Answer key.
A question mark (?) is placed at the end of a sentence which is a direct question. Here are some examples: What is the capital of Wales? Does anyone have a pen I can borrow?
Insert, move, and delete questions in Qualtrics To insert a question before a selected question, hover the mouse over the question and click the + icon on top of the question. To insert a question after a selected question, hover the mouse over the question and click the + icon at the bottom of the question.
