QR codes work by encoding data in a machine-readable format. When you scan a QR code with your smartphone, the QR code app will decode the data and take you to the linked website, display the contact information, or let you make payments.
Copy the Document Link: After setting the appropriate sharing permissions, copy the link provided by Google Docs. Use a QR Code Generator: Visit a reliable QR code generator website. Paste the Link: In the QR code generator, paste the copied Google Doc link into the designated field, usually marked as URL.
How to make a QR code. Generate. Open the QR code generator, enter a URL, and tap the Download button. Personalise. Customise the style and colour of your free generated QR code to match your branding. Continue editing. Download the QR code image in your preferred file type.
