In the Document sidebar, click the Document tab at the top. Select a page orientation (portrait or landscape). You can use only one page orientation for your document. Pages doesnt support a mix of pages in portrait and landscape within the same document.

Use different orientations in the same document Select the pages or paragraphs whose orientation you want to change. Click PAGE LAYOUT Page Setup dialog box launcher. In the Page Setup box, under Orientation, click Portrait or Landscape. Click the Apply to box, and click Selected text.
To work with different page orientations in word you need to insert section breaks. For this example were working with a 7 page portrait document where page 3 is required to be landscape. Place the cursor at the end of the wording on the page 2, select the Page Layout tab.
Make one page landscape word on mac Open your existing one-page document. Now click on Page Layout tab on the ribbon. You will see a Orientation option. Click on the Orientation option. A drop-down menu appears. The default orientation is set to portrait. The page is now oriented now to landscape.
This is easy to do in Word. Position your cursor at the point where the NEXT page would be a different orientation. Click on the Page Layout Tab. Click on the Breaks down-arrow to display the menu. Now click on the Orientation icon on the same Page Layout tabSelect LandscapeThe page will change:
