youll have noticed earlier that when we looked at the back panel of the SI 2 that there are 8 asdocHub insert points and these are really useful apart from all of the internal dynamics and EQ control that youve got within the console you also have the option to use your favorite analog outboard processing gear if you wish and any of those insert points can be assigned to any channel on the console so the first thing Im going to do is select the channel I want to put the insert on which is going to be the snare Im then going to press the Menu button and then select the insert tab which brings up my 8 insert points on the left here so Im going to use insert point number 1 for the exercise because thats where Ive connected my analog processor all I then need to do is press the adjust wheel scroll down to see the snare that Ive selected and select it then all I need to do is press the insert in button in the channel mode area for the selected Channel and this allows me obviously
