hi everybody welcome back to another thursday tips and tricks um have you guys ever wondered what happens to all those bits and pieces that show up in the videos while im demonstrating different things well occasionally they actually get turned into blocks and occasionally the blocks actually get turned into a quilt and if youve been following along you know that the last couple weeks weve been talking about flying geese so i had a bunch of flying geese units in various stages and i decided im just going to go ahead and finish those up make some sawtooth blocks go ahead and turn the sawtooth blocks into a quilt and as i was working through that process this weekend i realized you know this is a good time to give you a lesson on setting blocks on point which tends to scare some people but you know a little bit of knowledge is power and youre going to be able to not be afraid of setting things on point so before i get started on setting on point let me talk about these blocks for j
