You can enroll more than two phone numbers and/or download the Duo Mobile app on multiple devices. You need a desktop or laptop computer on which to do the enrollment steps. U-M will only use your phone number for the Duo service, and you can modify or remove it from the system at any time.
Log in with your uniqname and UMICH (Level-1) password. Click Manage Two-Factor for Weblogin to enroll your first device, or to enroll an additional device, click Manage Duo Devices. If this is the first time you are enrolling, click Start setup. Or to add an additional device, click Add a phone or tablet.
Open the DUO Mobile app on the new device; select Add, then Use QR code, and scan the QR code on screen. If you are completing this on your phone and therefore are unable to scan the QR code select Get an activation link instead to be emailed an activation link. DUO is now set up on your new device.

Clicking Activate Duo Mobile in the actions dropdown helps you get an existing device setup to complete secondary authentication. After answering some questions about your device, you will receive a new QR code to scan which will complete the activation process.
Add your Google Account Open Duo. Tap More Settings. Google Account. Tap the Google Account you want to add. If you dont already have an account on your device, tap Add account. Follow the steps on the screen.
To update your phone number/device in Duo, you will need to first add another device and then remove the original device. Click Add a new device. Click Call Me to authenticate by phone call. Choose the type of device you are adding. If you chose mobile phone, enter the phone number of your cell phone.
Log in to the Duo Admin Panel and click Users in the left sidebar. Select a user by clicking their username. To add a phone, scroll down to the Phones table on the users properties page and then click the Add Phone button. Select the type of device and provide the phone number.
