NHS login has been added to Patient Access as an alternative method for users to register, sign in and link to their GP practice. It will be available for: New users who register with Patient Access. Existing users who sign in to Patient Access.
Go to . Below the question Have you received a registration letter from your practice, select Yes. Complete the details, using the information from the registration letter. TIP: You should only enter your NHS number if it is included on the registration letter.
If you use Patient Access already On IOS and Android apps, you can find the relative or person under More Switch user. This brings up the names of any relative or person linked to your account.
Link to a practice or patient Sign in with your existing details. You will only have access to a restricted account at this point. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner, then select Account. Scroll down to the Link a GP practice or person section. Select either: Enter the details from the registration letter.
Visit the Practice in person and ask at reception to be registered for online services. We will need to see photo ID - either a passport or drivers licence. Step 3. The receptionist will provide you with a Patient Access document which you will need in order to sign up to Patient Access.
Under Sign in details, next to mobile number, select Verify. You will be asked to enter a 6 digit code which is sent to your mobile. Your details have been verified.
Check your personal details and enter either your house number, flat number, or street number, then select Continue. Note: The personal details must match the details held by your practice. Confirm (enter) your password, then select Link Account. On the confirmation screen, select Done.
